What’s the Offer

To introduce Avon Chimney Sweeps to the local community, we are offering a Full Manual Sweep of your chimney for just £50!

For just £50, we will come in and sweep the chimney, clean up after ourselves and issue you with a Sweep Certificate valid for 1 year which will cover you with your home insurance policy.

Most chimneys require a sweep every 12 months for home insurance purposes. Some require more frequent sweeps based on the level of usage, but the chaps at Avon Chimney Sweeps will be able to advise you accordingly.

Further discounts are available for multiple sweeps with the same customer (£90 for 2 Sweeps, £130 for 3 Sweeps).

What’s the Limitations?

As with every offer, there are certain restrictions. Whilst we have taken every step possible to minimise this, there are some things we have to include:

1. Stove Repairs and Replacement Parts are not included. These are subject to additional charge for Parts and Labour.
2. Damaged/Broken Firebricks are subject to an additional charge for the Parts and Installation.
3. The offer is limited to within a 15 mile radius of Stratford-upon-Avon. Further afield will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a Avon Chimney Sweep discretionary £0.45 per mile implemented.
4. This offer is ongoing until further notice, but is subject to review at anytime at the discretion of Avon Chimney Sweeps Ltd.
5. We shall make every effort to accommodate your appointment request within 7 days, but maybe subject to longer waits during times of high demand.
